By accessing or using any Artemis Innovations product (including TM-Sanity, Serelo, or WebWing), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Services
TM-Sanity
TM-Sanity is a website accessibility compliance platform that provides automated WCAG 2.1 AA testing, AI-powered fix suggestions, and compliance reporting. The service is offered on a subscription basis with different plan tiers.
Serelo
Serelo is an AI content generation platform that creates source-grounded content for social media, blogs, and CMS platforms. The service eliminates AI hallucinations through source-first methodology and is offered on a subscription basis.
WebWing
WebWing is a no-code website builder with drag-and-drop functionality and Docker container deployment (launching Q1 2026).
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate
4. Subscription and Billing
Payment Terms
All fees are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance based on your selected plan. Payment is processed via Paystack, our payment gateway provider.
TM-Sanity Pricing
- Launch Plan: R499/month or R4,990/year (save R998)
- Growth Plan: R899/month or R8,990/year (save R1,798)
- Enterprise Plan: R2,999/month or R29,990/year (save R5,998)
Serelo Pricing
- Starter Plan: R399/month - 50 posts, 1 user
- Pro Plan: R999/month - 150 posts, 1 user
- Business Plan: R1,999/month - 500 posts, 5 users
- Enterprise Plan: R3,999/month - Unlimited posts and users
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment. Annual subscriptions are prorated upon cancellation after the 7-day period.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated systems to scrape or extract data
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
- Generate illegal, defamatory, or harmful content (Serelo)
- Exceed usage limits specified in your subscription plan
6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Artemis Innovations (Pty) Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain all rights to content you upload or create using our services. By using our services, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
AI-Generated Content (Serelo)
Content generated by Serelo is provided to you for your use. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before publication.
7. Usage Limits and Fair Use
TM-Sanity
Each plan includes a specific number of scans and AI fix suggestions per month. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
Serelo
Each plan includes a specific number of posts per month. Bulk generation is limited to prevent abuse. Unused posts do not roll over to the next billing period.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy. Key points include:
- We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
- You can request data export or deletion at any time
- We comply with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act)
9. Service Availability and Support
Uptime
We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime for our services. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

Support response times vary by plan:
- Email Support: All plans - 24-48 hour response time
- Priority Support: Growth/Pro plans and higher - 12-24 hour response
- Dedicated Support: Enterprise plans - 4-8 hour response with dedicated account manager
10. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.
11. Termination
By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Fail to pay fees when due
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Exceed usage limits excessively
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
- All errors will be corrected
- AI-generated content (Serelo) will be free from errors or suitable for your specific purpose
- Accessibility fixes (TM-Sanity) will achieve full WCAG compliance without manual review
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artemis Innovations (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
- Issues arising from third-party services or integrations
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artemis Innovations (Pty) Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you upload or generate using our services
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, South Africa. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address and by posting the updated terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
17. Beta Features and Pre-Release Products
We may offer beta features or pre-release products (such as WebWing prior to Q1 2026). These are provided "as is" for testing purposes and may be unstable or incomplete. Beta features may be modified or discontinued at any time.
18. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, social media channels). We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
19. Export Compliance
You agree not to export or re-export our services in violation of any applicable export control laws and regulations.
